Review Money on iPhone

Use the Overview, Action, and Ledger segments to see collections, outstanding balances, and work that needs attention.

Open Money on iPhone and move between Overview, Action, and Ledger depending on whether you want a summary, a task list, or individual records.

Overview

Use Overview for a quick business snapshot:

  • COLLECTED THIS MONTH and its comparison with last month
  • OUTSTANDING balances
  • WHO OWES YOU
  • shortcuts for Send Reminders, New Quote, and Log Expense

Treat the totals as an operational view of records in Cleanr. Confirm the date and underlying invoices before using a number outside the app.

Action

Open Action for Needs your attention, which can include:

  • failed payments
  • overdue invoices
  • completed Sessions waiting for an invoice

Open an item to resolve it, then return to Action to confirm it no longer needs attention.

Ledger

Use the Invoices, Quotes, and History tabs in Ledger to find an individual record and review its status.

The web app does not have the same Money → Overview / Action / Ledger screen. On the web, use Dashboard, Invoices, Quotes, and—after online payments are connected—Transactions.

Create an invoice

Clear completed work waiting for an invoice.

Payment actions

Resolve reminders, external payments, and refunds.

Log expenses

Add costs to Cleanr's money records.
