Manage business and billing settings

Update Cleanr business details, manage the subscription, and configure how customers are invoiced and pay.

Three settings areas are related but separate:

  1. Business identity controls the name, logo, and contact details customers see.
  2. Your Cleanr plan controls the subscription you pay for Cleanr.
  3. Customer payments controls Stripe, tax, invoice reminders, and payment instructions for money your customers pay you.

Only owners can change these settings.

Update business details

Choose your platform
  1. Open Settings → Account.
  2. In Owner Account, update the display name and save it.
  3. In Business Information, update the business name, email, phone, or logo and choose that card's save action.
  4. Use Subscription on the same tab to open the billing portal when Manage Subscription is available.

Each card saves independently. A change in one card does not save unsaved fields in another.

  1. Open More.
  2. Under My Business, choose Business Name, Business Logo, Contact Info, or Business Time Zone.
  3. Make the change and tap Save in that screen or sheet.
  4. Under Your Plan, use Manage Billing when it is shown.

The iPhone app is the direct settings path for the business time zone. Review it before scheduling if the business operates in a different zone from the phone.

Configure customer payments

Choose your platform

Open Settings → Invoicing & Payments:

  • Get Paid Online connects or manages Stripe. Auto-charge and bank payments depend on completed Stripe setup.
  • Sales Tax controls the business default. Customer and service tax choices can further affect a particular invoice.
  • Invoice Reminders controls the reminder interval.
  • Offline Payment Methods stores the payment instructions shown to customers. Save that card after editing.

Open More:

  • Payments opens payment-processing status and activity.
  • Under Payment Options, Auto-Charge and Bank Payments (ACH) become available after Stripe setup is complete.
  • Under Invoicing, use Sales Tax and Invoice Notes for invoice defaults. Review links and quote settings are nearby.

Managing the Cleanr subscription does not connect customer payments, and connecting Stripe does not change the Cleanr subscription. Use the area that matches the money flow you are trying to change.

These settings affect invoices produced by supported appointment and session billing paths. They do not add an arbitrary standalone manual invoice. See Invoices for the supported creation and sending workflow.

Confirm a change

Create no test charge just to check a setting. Instead, reopen the setting and confirm its saved value. For customer payments, verify that Stripe shows ready before enabling auto-charge or ACH, then review the next real appointment's billing details.

Troubleshooting

Auto-Charge or ACH is disabled. Finish Stripe onboarding first, then return to the setting. A Cleanr subscription alone does not enable payment processing.

Manage Billing is missing. It appears only when the account has a billing customer or subscription that can be managed. Use Help & Support if the plan state looks wrong.

Tax or invoice notes did not change. Reopen the specific card or sheet and confirm you used its save action. Existing finalized invoices may retain their original values.

Appointments show the wrong time. Correct the business time zone, then review affected appointments; changing the setting is not a substitute for checking existing scheduled work.
