Invite staff and finish sign-in

Invite a cleaner to your Cleanr business and help them sign in with the invited phone number.

Invite each cleaner with the phone number they will use in Cleanr. They finish joining on an iPhone and enter the one-time code sent to that same number.

An invitation is not delivered automatically in every flow. On the web, Cleanr creates the pending invite but does not send a text. On iPhone, Send Invite opens a text message; the owner must still tap Send in Messages.

Send the invitation

Choose your platform

Open Staff, then stay on Members.
Select Invite Staff.
Enter the cleaner's phone number and, if wanted, their name.
Select Send Invite. Cleanr creates or refreshes a pending invitation.
Separately ask the cleaner to install or open Cleanr on iPhone and use the exact phone number you entered.

Open More → Staff.
Select the invite action under Invite Staff.
Enter a phone number and, if wanted, a name, then tap Send New Invite or Send Invite.
When Messages opens, review the Cleanr invitation and tap Send.
Use the pending-invite actions if you need to message again, resend, or cancel the invitation.

Have the cleaner join

The cleaner opens the invitation link on the iPhone they will use for work.
On YOU'RE INVITED, they confirm the invited phone number. The number is locked to the invitation and cannot be replaced with another one.
They request and enter the one-time sign-in code.
After verification, they enter the invited Cleanr business as a Cleaner.

If the invitation does not work

Confirm the cleaner is using the same phone number shown on the pending invite.
From iPhone, resend the message; from the web, refresh the pending invite and separately tell the cleaner to open Cleanr.
Cancel an incorrect invite before creating one for a different phone number.
