Use the customer workspace
Open customer details, review appointment and billing history, and manage iPhone service properties.
The customer workspace keeps contact details, upcoming work, notes, and billing history attached to one person or business.
Open a customer
- Open Customers and select a row.
- Use Message, Call, or Email from the top of the profile.
- Review the next session, active recurring appointment, upcoming sessions, notes, and contact details.
- Choose Edit to open Edit Customer. Financial tiles include lifetime revenue, outstanding balance, recent invoices, and card-on-file status.
The next-session action rail can move or update the displayed session. For a recurring appointment, read the scope shown by the action before confirming a change.
- Open Customers and tap a customer.
- Use Call, Text, Email, or Map when the matching contact detail is present.
- Tap Properties & Contacts to manage service addresses, access details, instructions, and message recipients.
- Use New Appointment to start a new appointment with this customer already selected.
- Review payment and billing preferences, notes, communication activity, recent appointments, recent invoices, and money summaries.
Keep locations separate
On iPhone, a customer can have more than one service property under Properties & Contacts. Give each one a clear label and keep its address active. A new iPhone appointment requires an active property for the selected customer. The web customer sheet shows the customer's primary address but does not provide this richer property editor.
Customer notes are best for durable relationship context. Put instructions for performing a particular clean on the appointment or property so Staff can find them while running the session.
Understand billing history
The customer workspace shows invoices that already exist and the resulting balance or total paid. It is not a place to create an arbitrary manual invoice. Invoices follow completed-session and appointment billing rules. See Invoices and Online payments for the supported paths.
Troubleshooting
A contact action is missing. Edit the customer and add the corresponding phone number, email, or address.
An address cannot be selected for an appointment. On iPhone, open Properties & Contacts and confirm the service property is active. If only a legacy customer address exists, add it as a service property.
History looks incomplete. Confirm you opened the correct customer record, clear list filters, and refresh. Duplicate customer records keep separate histories.
