Create a one-time or recurring appointment
Create an Appointment with the right customer, services, schedule, staff, and recurrence in Cleanr.
Create an Appointment when you agree to do work for a customer. A one-time Appointment creates one scheduled Session; a recurring Appointment creates Sessions from the schedule you choose.
Create the appointment
Choose your platform
- Select Create → Appointment. From Schedule, you can also select Create appointment.
- On NEW APPOINTMENT, choose One-time or Recurring.
- Under SERVICES & PRICING, choose saved services or select Add Custom Item, then confirm each line and price.
- Under CUSTOMER, choose the customer. Add a new customer first if the record does not exist.
- Under SCHEDULE, choose the date and staff member. For recurring work, choose Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, or a Custom interval, then set the date range or Continue until canceled.
- Add customer-facing visit instructions or owner-only internal notes when needed.
- Select Create Appointment or Create Recurring Appointment. Use Create & Add Another only when you are ready to start another entry.
- Open New Appointment and choose One-time or Recurring.
- Choose the customer, then add the Package or line items and confirm the billing details.
- Choose the date. For recurring work, set the frequency and its begin and end dates, or choose to continue until canceled.
- Under cleaning planning, set EXACT START, duration, and any arrival window or travel buffer you use.
- Choose the staff member and add instructions or notes.
- Review the planned Session count for recurring work, then tap Create. Turn on Create & add another only when you need another entry next.
The web creation form does not set an exact start time. It creates each Session with no specific start time. After creating it, open Schedule and move the Session to a precise time if the day requires one. The iPhone creation flow does include EXACT START.
Check before creating
- Confirm the customer, date, price, staff, and recurrence. A recurring schedule creates multiple Sessions, not one repeating calendar card.
- Use the recurrence editor for a lasting cadence change. Move a single Session when only one date needs to change.
- Review customer contact details before relying on invoice, receipt, or text delivery after the work.
