Reschedule, skip, or change recurring work
Change one Cleanr Session without accidentally changing the recurring Appointment, or update the series when the cadence changes.
Decide the scope before you edit: move or skip one Session for a one-day exception, and edit the recurring schedule only when the Appointment’s cadence should change.
Move one Session
- Open Schedule, then open the Session.
- Select Move. Some schedule cards show the action as Move to….
- Choose the new date and time, resolve any conflict Cleanr shows, and confirm Move only this appointment.
- Confirm the Session moved and that the next occurrence remains on its expected date.
- Open the Session and tap its date to reschedule.
- For recurring work, choose This Session only.
- Choose the new date and confirm the change.
A one-time Session opens the reschedule date choice directly because there is no recurring series to update.
A web move changes only the selected Session. Cleanr does not show a generic “this or future” scope choice for every web move.
Change this and future Sessions
- Open a Session from the recurring Appointment.
- Select Edit → Edit recurring schedule.
- In EDIT SCHEDULE PATTERN, change the frequency, preferred day or days, or start and end settings.
- Review the pattern and save. Then inspect upcoming Sessions on the schedule.
Open the recurring Session and choose the scope that matches the outcome:
- This and future Sessions moves the selected and upcoming Sessions to a new weekday and updates the pattern going forward. Cleanr shows how many upcoming Sessions are affected before you continue.
- Edit recurring schedule › opens the full series editor. Use it to Change days, frequency, start/end.
This and future Sessions rewrites upcoming work. Review the affected count, staff capacity, and the next few dates before confirming. Do not open the full recurrence editor merely to move one customer visit.
Skip or restore one occurrence
On the web, open the Session and select Skip appointment. A skipped Session can be returned to the schedule with Restore appointment.
In the verified iPhone release, the visible Skip Session action is owner-only. Do not rely on a Cleaner-facing skip action, even when the business setting Staff can skip sessions is enabled.
